If a player requests a netdelay in-game one is issued.

Instant Cycle (ALT+C)

Designed for quickly cycling maps in a match situation where waiting around for the right map to come up can be frustrating. We found it's also handy if an inappropriate map comes up in rotation.

If a player asks if there are any rules the server control will print them to the server screen.
